The Serenity Prayer

God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change

_{One night a man had a dream. He dreamed}

 

_{he was walking along the beach with the LORD.}

 

_{Across the sky flashed scenes from his life.}

_{footprints in the sand: one belonging}

 

_{to him, and the other to the LORD.}

 

_{When the last scene of his life flashed before him,}

_{his life there was only one set of footprints.}

_{lowest and saddest times in his life.}
